We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Ophthalmology Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Limerick. The successful candidate will provide expert surgical care, manage a diverse caseload, and contribute to the development of ophthalmic services within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract, glaucoma, and retinal procedures.
Provide expert clinical care and consultations to patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Contribute to training and mentoring of junior staff.
Requirements:
Fellowship or equivalent in Ophthalmology.
Full registration with the Irish Medical Council.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
