Training and first 3 month: office (based in Bremen -Germany / near Airport)
After that partly office / remote (Germany)
No special experience necessary apart from strong soft skills to work within Tourism/Airline industry
Your tasks
Answering of calls and corresponding call forwarding for various clients
Organization and coordination of the entire reception area including the security system
Administration of employee and visitor access cards
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Further services in the field of customer communication
Your profile
Commercial training or comparable professional experience desirable
Experience in telephone customer support desirable
Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written), knowledge of English desirable
PC user knowledge (Word, Excel, database maintenance, Internet)
Service mentality and strong communication skills
Independent way of working
