DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand, analyze, define and implement technical and business system architecture for Workforce Management Solutions (MSP/VMS Programs) for the clients
Analyze clients’ business and technical challenges and design comprehensive solution
Lead the gathering of requirements, solution design and deployment of processes and technologies
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle
Manage change requests, bug fixes, and troubleshoot issues
Enlist and prioritize solutions requirements and features.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent both in German and English (verbal and written)
Minimum 3 years experience in the same or similar role
Experience in working with global organizations across multiple countries
Working experience with various VMS (i.e. Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, etc.) is mandatory
Sound understanding of different types of MSP that include: 1st generation programs, global MSP, MSP standalone, Statement of Work SOW management, Independent Contractor ComplianceExcellent organization and analytical skills with a very pro-active attitude
Ability to understand complex issues by requesting and analyzing detailed information
Experience in working with different client stakeholders such as Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Human resources representatives, IT experts etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt communication style in line with audience (technical vs. non-technical)
Analytical and detail oriented, with extraordinary problem-solving skills
Customer oriented and to take initiative and lead the issue to the resolution
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team.
