Client Services Agent for DUTCH (m/f/d) Social Media
As Client Services Agent for DUTCH (m/f/d) Social Media you are the face of the largest social media platform. Your passion for customer service transforms every customer contact into a personal and outstanding customer experience. You are your own manager for customer success, enthusiastic about communities and communication. You will support small, medium businesses with improved advertisement to ensure a win-win situation for your clients and their customers, for the largest social media platform in the world.
Your Job
You will be single point of contact for advertisers and agencies (SMB) for different types of inquiries in DUTCH
You are putting together solutions to support and expand your customers self-serve advertising customer base
You are able to manage all different types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as chat, email and social media messenger
You will demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide post-sales support for all self-service products
From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to enhance service and improve overall customer advertising experience
Your Skills
Commercial degree or equivalent work experience
Working Experience in Digital Marketing
Fluency in DUTCH and minimum B2 in English
Professional customer service skills
Familiarity with online advertising products/vendors
Ability to multitask & work under pressure, fast learner and diligent worker
Out of the box and critical thinker with problem solving abilities
High attention to details and follow through
Online Advertising Experience is a big plus

Above-average salary - 2,500€ gross with a commitment of 40 hours/week
Fulltime job with shift schedules Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-5.30pm
