For a smaller hospital in the Finnish archipelago which has a broad spectrum of tasks and is the sole emergency hospital in the region, we are now looking for a person with a background as an internist, preferably but not necessarily specialized in some subspecialty within nephrology, cardiology or other. At the clinic you will have an important role as a senior consultant and you will have to be prepared to take a big responsibility, however in return you will have a big support from both colleagues and other personnel and have the benefit of working in an excellent working environment. The competence in the hospital are generally high and education and supervision is a part of your everyday work. You will also work on call duties but with very little disturbance that need on site presence at the clinic.

The clinic is looking for team members with excellent communication skills and the ambition to learn both the Finnish/Swedish culture but also one of the languages Swedish or Finnish on fluent level.
