International Business Development is seeking a
Operations Manager – based in Nuremberg

The scope of the position involves:
• Plan, prepare and launch new operations
• Implement Country Management
• Assist and deputise for the IBD Country Management team
• Take over IBD Management tasks for specific countries

Experience required:
• Proven Operations Management skills
• Leadership experience / HR Management experience
• Online industry skills (Online distribution, website usability basics)
• A background in the tourism or hospitality industries
• Cross-cultural working environments

Your profile:
• Study of business economics - or comparable qualification
• Hospitality market knowledge
• Sales & Marketing knowledge
• Controlling/analytical skills
• Ability to push and pressurise whilst remaining patient and diplomatic
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of pragmatism
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• High travel readiness, full flexibility
• Proficiency in software tools and telecommunication tools
• Fluency in business English (both written and spoken) – other languages desirable
• Knowledge of Eastern European languages and culture
